What counts as a comparison?
One comparison is one set of competing quotes for the same purchase or package, analysed together. Uploading a revised quote from a supplier into that same comparison does not use another comparison, up to your plan’s upload limit per comparison. Starting a comparison for a different purchase does.
What do I get in the free preview?
The Free preview lets you run 1 comparison of up to 3 quotes. You see verified findings, proven price differences and a summary of discrepancies, exclusions and missing items. The full line-by-line analysis, exports and history unlock when you subscribe, without re-uploading.
Which currency are prices in?
US dollars. Taxes may be added depending on your location; the amount charged is always shown at checkout before you pay.
How does the 60-day free trial work?
During the public beta, each new account can start one 60-day free trial of a monthly plan. Stripe asks for a card when the trial starts, but nothing is charged for the subscription during the 60 days. The trial end date and the regular monthly price are shown before you confirm. Billing starts after the trial unless you cancel before it ends, online from Billing in your account; cancelling during the trial costs nothing. The trial includes the plan’s features and its normal usage limits.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance each month after any free trial. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the current period. See the refunds policy for details, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Why is QuantDoc labelled beta?
QuantDoc is in public beta. It reads quotes well enough to save real time, but it doesn’t read every line or every figure correctly, so it asks you to review the extracted figures and scope against the source before it recommends a supplier. Measured results and known limits are on the Accuracy page.
Do unused comparisons roll over?
No. Monthly comparison allowances reset at the start of each billing period.
Are team features included in Business?
Not yet. Business includes everything in Professional plus higher limits and business branding. Team members with roles, shared projects, reviewer comments and team activity history are listed as coming soon and are not part of the plan until they are released.
